I began by recording the washing machine going.
For the melody, I put the head of my digital recorder on the strings o my guitar and began fret tapping.
In LMMS I messed around with adding different numbered steps to different drum tracks, which created the arrhythmic beat.
I added an echo effect that included some other filter to give the effect to the melody track.
I cut the the bass and treble and boost the mid in the drone track. The beat I left the way it was.
I duplicated each track and panned them left and right respectively, so that I could use the envelope tool to adjust volume, creating a panning effect.
