I was contemplating this building a few days ago while at a restaurant across the street. I don't know why, but this building fascinates me. Its not even really that spectacular, but its one of the largest buildings on Maine street. I looked it up and used to be an Opera House, before 1910 when movies started to take more of peoples entertainment dollars.
I'm always excited about the assignments that get me away from the computer and out into the world recording.
I processed the sound with delay, reverb and EQ to boost the bass.
The image is of the blanchard building processed with the same effects.
