I used LMMS for both the Oscillator and the drum machine. The oscillator I added so reverb to. The drum machine I dropped the treble and mid and crank the bass to give it that coming through the wall effect. Its best heard with earphones.
The "melody" came from a field recording I had done while hitch hiking. I was recording inside a truck that had a CB. I cut and pasted some of the static. I then added a phaser effect to it.
