I sat with this one for a while. I wasn't sure what to do. I ended up doing a pitch shift on one track to make it super rumbly. Then I took two tracks and reduced them to a couple second samples to make a beat. The other two I added tons of distortion and fade ins and outs to give it a wave like quality.
